My name is Janet A, and I am a dedicated and experienced female home carer. With a wealth of experience in caring for individuals with various conditions such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Bedbound, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression, I am well-equipped to provide compassionate and high-quality care.
I pride myself on being able to provide a range of care types, including hourly assistance. My skillset includes bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and providing vital companionship. Whether it is helping with personal care or simply being there to offer a listening ear, I am committed to meeting the physical and emotional needs of those in my care.
Apart from my professional abilities, I am proud to say that I can also provide transportation as I have a valid driver's license and my own car. This allows me to not only bring a high level of care to my clients, but also the convenience of transportation to appointments, social outings, or errands.
In my free time, I enjoy pursuing a variety of hobbies, including painting, walking, cooking & baking, puzzles, and decorating. I find that these activities fuel my creativity and provide a sense of fulfillment outside of my caregiving role. Additionally, I am open to working with clients who have pets, as I have a love for animals and am comfortable providing care for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.
Above all, my main motivation for being a carer is my genuine desire to help people lead independent and fulfilling lives. I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, and strive to bring a caring, friendly, and helpful demeanor to all aspects of my work.
